Molly is an extremely sweet girl who is FIV positive and badly needs her furrever home. She has been with FURR for over 2 years in foster care. Molly cannot go to adoption days for fear she will catch something and stress is not good for her.
She was found in Philipsburg , NJ , desperate for someone to love. She is a beautiful calico tabby who craves affection. Molly is not aggressive and loves other cats. She would be perfect in a cat household that has other FIV positive cats, adopted out with her companion Jetson who is also FIV+, or as an only cat.
FIV cats (feline HIV/AIDS) cannot infect other animals or humans, it infects only cats. As with humans living with HIV, her immune system is lowered, but with the right nutrition and a yearly vet checkups she can live up to 15+ years. So please if you can give this wonderful girl a loving home please consider adopting Molly. It is now kitten season and we are in dire need for more foster homes. Please contact us if you can foster a litter of kittens, bottlebabies or a mom with kittens. FURR pays for all vet care at our partner vets, and experienced foster parents are available to help the newbies through the joys of raising kittens. Fostering is fun, wonderful and saves lives.
