Message From: Cathy Baker May 19, 2007 I just want to say ThankYou! Bobbi helped me with a rescue, and I will be forever gratefull, My Mutchka was injured and went under our shed to dye due to a collar being entangled around his neck and front paw which cut deepy in his skin. It took 6 years for enough skin to grow and the vet to finally close the wound. He was 7 pounds when he came to us, 8 years ago he was 22 pounds of love when we lost him to cancer. He was my baby boy, the sweetest thing. I know this gift at least knew he had a warm home,plenty of food, he loved his chicken! and the most important of all he knew what love was! This helps me when I grieve my loss. He was so special and a true friend when I needed him too. I had a brain tumor removed and Mutchka did not leave my side while recovering. He was a very special friend. I will always love and cherish him and thanks to Bobbi he knew LOVE. Thank you!! Cathy Message From: Nancy Green April 6, 2007 Hi Donna - I'm the person who had the article in Cat Fancy. My little guy - Diesel is such a special boy - we just adore him. Everytime I foster a kitty I love I always say to my husband - I hope he doesn't break his leg - we just giggle knowing that we'll find another special kitty one day to add to our family...FURR has the adoption center at Petco in Whitehall next to Old Navy. We are always looking for people to help clean there and to socialize our kitties who are temporarily housed there in hopes of finding a permanent home. FURR is a wonderful organization with great volunteers. All volunteers have their speciality from fundraising, fostering, adoption days, spay/neuter and release, web-site content, etc. Please feel free to contact me should you be interested in working with our group or if you are looking for a kitty - we have so many nice cats from early age to adult.
