Loveable, hugable, snugable. Sandy is a fantastic kitty who is only homeless because his owner died. This boy is easy to love. He's so affectionate and will mew at you with his little tiny meow. His purr is huge. he loves to be held and cuddled. He also loves to be brushed and is good about getting his claws trimmed. Sandy is a real gentleman in every way. He does have a mild hyperthyroid condition. He takes one pill a day. He's so good for his medicine and never puts up a fuss. His (inexpensive) medication is lifelong unless his new owner opts for curative treatment. Sandy just wants a lap to spend the rest of his years. he may be 13 but you'd never know it. He looks and acts much younger. Hopefully someone will want to open their hearts and home to a gorgeous senior boy like Sandy. Sandy lived with 2 older female cats when his owner was alive. We have determined though that Sandy does not like male cats and may bully a fearful female. Sandy is FIV/FeLV negative, healthy (complete vet workup was done on him including full blood panel, fecal, urinalysis, etc) and neutered.
