Franklin is a talker ad he s not afraid to let you know what he wants (usually its petting) He loves attention and being held and will jump up to your lap as soon as it is available. He ws feral like his brother but he always loved people and been a total love sponge.He gets lonely easily and needs to be adopted with his brother Beans. Franklin is up to dat with vaccines and tested negative for FIV/FlV.
