Oscar is a very sweet gentle orange short hair kitty.  He is just a big purr machine like his brother Cheeto.  He loves to be held and snuggle but LOVES to play too.  He wants to be wherever you are and will play or sit in your lap all day long if you let him.  His owner had to surrender him due to the fact that they had too many cats and couldn't take care of them all.  He was definitely loved and is waiting for his forever home.  He would do best as the only cat in the household.
