Athena is a petite, brown and orange Tabby who is about 2-years-old. She has this face she makes where she curls her one lip up. It is so funny. We call it her Elvis impersonation. Athena also has a very big Mommy-like attitude. She is really one-of-a-kind.

Athena is the PURRfect kitty for a home with small children. She had been living in a home with a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old. The 5-year-old used to carry her around. Athena adores kids of all ages. She is extremely gentle with them and tolerant of the noise and busy environment that is part of a home with a large family.

Athena is presently being fostered in a home with two dogs and while she is not crazy about them, she tolerates them and does not run away from them. Her foster home also has other cats. Athena has not shown any bond with the other cats, but doesn't seem to mind them a whole lot either. She really does seem to prefer the company of people to other furry beings though. Athena is also a very vocal kitty. She talks to anyone who will listen and frankly seems to like to hear herself talk too.

She is a fantastic kitty with a great personality and a loving, nurturing way about her. She just needs a FURRever home with a bunch of people who will love her and appreciate how special her love of people of all ages is. Is your home going to be her Mount Olympus?

Athena is up to date on her shots, spayed, and tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
