Sheeba is a 2 year old female that is friendly and loves attention. She will sit next to you, loves getting petted and is really a sweet girl. But Sheeba did not always have a perfect life. She is afraid of being picked up and is so afraid of small children. See she was abused by children, so we recommend children over the age of 12. Sheeba spends most of her time in the cage for she is so afraid of coming out that she feels more comfortable there. That is why we would like to find a special home where she can venture out and explore a little at a time, with a patient person or couple that would let her go at her own pace. Sheeba would love a family that understands her. She is not aggressive, she puts up a good front, she will hiss but is afraid of her own shadow. With love and compasion Sheeba will be a wonderful kitty to add to a family household. Sheeba is utd on all her shots, wormed, tested neg. FIV/FELV and is spayed. She is being shown at Petco, Phillipsburg, NJ this Saturday from 10-4...but we do not take her to adoption every week for it is too much for her.
