Indoor/outdoor cat “Bobcat” needs a home! Bobcat was picked up as a stray about 8 months ago. Previously neutered and no ear tip, so he was likely a pet. He didn’t do well in foster care with other cats, he was overstimulated. He is fussy about affection and likes it on his own terms. He enjoys exploring outside but wants a home to come back to.
We tried him on a Homestead as a barn cat but he was too friendly and wanted to come in the house!
We think he would do well as an only cat indoor and outdoor access.
We don’t normally advocate cats being indoor and outdoor (it’s dangerous) but we acknowledge that some cats that might’ve been brought up with this lifestyle need it. We are just trying to make BobCat happy.  He seems to do best when he has a little independence
His current foster home does not have safe outside access and has many other pets so he is unfortunately in a large cat pen at the moment.
Ideally his home would include:
- no other cats (cat friendly dog is ok)
- safe outdoor environment with acreage
- access to home
- cat savvy person
