Special Needs: Andy is a special kitty. He's got what is called "phantom pain". When he is stressed he feels that his tail is causing him pain and tries to get rid of that by chewing his tail. He's already had most of his tail removed and has only a couple of inches left. He's looking for a special home that will understand and work with him to rid him of this behavior. Andy will get along with another kitty as long as he can be the alpha. He's got a Type A personality and likes to be in charge. He's a very friendly, sweet kitty that deserves a chance in a home of his own. Andy is available for adoption or will be needing a new foster home in the near future. If you can't adopt at this time please consider being a foster mom for Andy or for many of the other kittys that need a warm lap to cuddle in.
