Top Hat is an extremely dapper short-haired tuxedo cat with a handsome mustache to match!

He is quick to warm up to new people and gets along well with fellow cats. He's very sweet and affectionate and loves to be petted--and doesn't even mind being picked up despite his tall frame.

Top Hat grew up in a family with children and was surrendered through no fault of his own due to changes in his previous family's living situation.

He's looking for a new forever home where he can love and be loved in return!
