Penn was nicknamed Pigpen because when he was rescued off the street he was quite dirty! He took refuge in a parking lot under parked trucks and cars.

Now that he has a clean place to sleep he looks amazing and is amazing!

He is so sweet and loves to be pet! He gets along great with other cats and the dog in his foster home. He is just a chill dude who will befriend anyone. 

Penn just had his annual check up and bloodwork. Everything looks good. He could benefit from a little weight loss :)

He is estimated 6-7 years old.
