Toby is a tripod. He was trapped in Allentown but was very friendly to people. His missing leg was most likely a birth defect but he gets around very well and has no problem with steps. He does not get along with other cats but loves to be brushed and will keep you company sitting by your side. He would do well in a quiet home without dogs or cats.
