Percy has a similiar story, friendly outside and not fixed. Someone probably had him as a kitten but life changed and he was abandoned for whatever reason. He had to be loved because he is so sweet and loving. He got lucky because a caring person took him in to foster. Let's find Percy a home! He would make a great family cat!
