Ozzy is a sweet boy who likes to talk to you when he wants something.  He was outside until he was older so he is cautious, but so extra lovey when he's ready.  When he knows and trusts you he will come for love and rubs.  He purrs really loud and will roll onto his back for belly rubs.  He will probably be a big boy and his foster Momma thinks an "extra special lovey boy"
