About 3 weeks ago, we first met Tony when late one night we heard him howling in despair outside our patio door.  He was cold, hungry, and lonely outside when just a few inches away on the other side of a thin pane of glass sat three warm, content, and well-fed kitties staring back at him.  After a few nights of leaving some food and water out for him, the temperature started plummeting, and we knew little Tony’s fate could abruptly take a turn for the worse.  After almost a week of trying to lure him into our sun room with food and treats, and eventually not seeing him for a few nights in the worst of the cold, we were fearing the worse for this little fellow.  Then suddenly, very early on a  Sunday morning , we heard a familiar wailing at our patio door.   Hunger and cold must have been getting the best of him because we were finally able to lure him far enough into the house to close the patio door behind him. Over the course of the next week; this cold, hungry, and terrified cat blossomed into a very cuddly and playful boy who would make a loving addition to your home.  Tony got snipped Monday and has received his shots and flea treatment.  Once his quarantine period ends in the next few days, we will introduce him to our 3 cats to see how he interacts with them.  Based on his interactions through the closed door so far, it seems like he is looking forward to having cat playmates.  Tony is well on his way to a happy second chance, and is hoping to continue down that path in a furever home with you!  Spend a few minutes with him and you will fall in love with Tony just as his foster mommy and daddy already have.
