Anya is a young, friendly stray who had kittens under someone’s shed. The wonderful finder took Anya and her kittens inside and cared for them for months until there was a spot in rescue for them.

Anya is a “tortie”, which is a tortoiseshell pattern. She is very outgoing, friendly and sweet. She loves to be petted. She is so affectionate and loves to lie in my lap. She is also playful and enjoys playing with toys and the other foster cats. 

She immediately wanted to be friends with the other cats in my foster room, trying to rub against them, but they were a little wary of the newcomer. She acclimated quickly and became one of the gang just a couple days later. 

She is very curious about life outside the foster room and frequently runs out when the door opens so she can explore the upstairs and meet the resident pets. 

She has been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FelV, and microchipped! So she’s ready to find her forever home.
