Brando is very friendly with people as well as other cats.  He is being fostered with his sister, Brigett, and would love to stay with her because she needs him to be confident in new situations.  His foster home contains other cats as well as yorkies.  He has no  problem tell the dogs where to go if they get too frisky in order to make his sister comfortable.
