Charlie is a little shy, but he likes to be petted and he really wants to be loved. He had been with his owner his whole life, but she was recently moved into hospice and cannot keep him. Charlie is already neutered and up to date on all of his shots. He is only about 5 years old and is ready for a second chance at a furr-ever home.
