564 CATS ADOPTED in 2023 |
Domestic Short Hair - orange and white (short coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Medium
This little girl has been with us since the Spring of 2006. We can't understand why... she's loving, affectionate, playful, gorgeous.... Scarlett has been going to adoption events every Saturday and lately she has been getting very tired of them. They stress her out and scare her so that people can't see what a fantastic cat she is. At adoption events she gets grumpy (although even stressed she would never bite). As soon as she gets back to her foster home, she turns back into the real Scarlett. She purrs and begs to be picked up. She turns back into a gorgeous lovebug of a cat that she is. Scarlett's best chance at adoption is for someone to come meet her at her foster home in Belvidere, NJ. There you can spend an hour or so getting to know her and you'll be able to see what a fantastic cat she is. Scarlett wants her own home so badly. If you'd like to come visit Scarlett and see if she's the cat for you, you can contact Stacy at (908)310-9387 or severnswb@hotmail.com. Like all of our other cats, Scarlett is spayed, up to date on all of her shots, FIV/FeLV negative and healthy. She also gets along with other cats when properly introduced. Her best friend is Victoria (also available) and they will eat from the same bowl and play together. Foster Update: This poor little kitty really needs a home. No one sees the real Scarlett at adoption days. At home she begs to be held and is so loving. There's not a mean or a timid bone in her. She's got so much love and all she wants is affection. She's playful too! When you call her she comes running. She lives in a room with her best friend, Victoria. She deserves her own home where she gets to be the center of attention. She craves way more attention than I can give her since I have my own cats and other fosters. I really hope someone will come out to visit her and/or Victoria. They won't be sorry. This is one awesome cat! More about ScarlettGood with Cats
