For some reason, Simone is the bridesmaid but never the bride... Simone is an awesome, perfect cat and for some really strange reason she's been with FURR since she was 8 weeks old. Simone is very out-going and friendly. She loves attention with a capital A! If you don't give her enough she'll flop in front of you or squeeze up next to you purring so that you pet her. She also loves other cats and was just the other day, giving Isabelle (another foster cat) a bath. She doesn't seem to like crazy dogs but would probably be fine with small quiet dogs. She would also be fine with kids. She is even tempered, affectionate, GORGEOUS. What more could you want? Simone gets a little nervous at the adoption events and doesn't want to leave her cage but at home she is the friendliest, happiest cat. That may be why she hasn't been adopted yet. Potential adopters might want to come see her in a home setting in Belvidere, NJ. If you meet her, you will love her. No doubt about that. Simone would be best in a home where her family will want to spend lots of time with her and play and cuddle with her. She will probably want to sleep in bed with you at night and she will greet you every day after work. In fact she will probably greet anyone and everyone who comes to visit! We think Simone has Siamese in her because she wants people attention more than anything, she has short, Oriental-type fur, she has long thin legs, a long face and almond eyes. Speaking of eyes, her eyes are a crystal clear light green. Very striking. Her coat is black and gray classic tabby (swirls) over white. She's going to be BIG! She's already about 11 pounds and she's not even a year old yet. Want a big, active, awesome cat? Simone may be your girl. Simone is spayed, up to date on her shots and FIV/FeLV negative.
