This is Annie Oakley. Annie is a drop-dead gorgeous dilute calico born about March 4. She was rescued from a high kill shelter that takes in over 30,000 animals a year. She is sure happy to get into foster care where she has other kittens to play with, lots of toys and snuggles from her foster mom. Annie is a demure little girl whose favorite past-time is being held and loved on. I think she will probably turn into a lap cat. She gets along great with other cats and would be a wonderful addition to just about any home. When I got Annie, I think she was missing her mother. She was all alone at the shelter. Celeste, who is also up for adoption, took Annie under her wing. She would groom Annie and cuddle with her. Pretty soon Annie was feeling happier and more like herself. It would be great if they could go together but it's not a requirement. Annie will be spayed before she goes to her new home. She is being fostered in Belvidere, NJ.
