Victoria is a very sweet girl who was saved from a horrible person enroute to the Delaware River to "get rid of" her and her 4 kittens.  She is a little shy but is eager to trust and love again.  She cuddles and enjoys affection from her foster mom.  Please consider adding this beautiful girl to your family!
