I understand that I am bringing the cat to the vet under FURR (Feline Urban Rescue and Rehab) and FURR will be financially responsible for the medical bill and thus FURR will be making ALL medical decisions about the cat in conjunction with the vet. Ultimately FURR will do what we feel is in the best interest of the cat and the rescue. I understand that once the cat is checked into the vet under FURR the cat will belong to FURR and again it is FURR's responsibility to make all medical decisions about the cat.
