This is your chance to meet some of our adorable kittens up close! Participants can spend time indoors at our “campsite” in tents, playing with and cuddling kittens, kind of like a cat cafe. See pictures from last year’s fun event. Join us Saturday, 8/2 at the Forks Community Center any time from 9 am until we end at 2 pm. This is an INDOOR event with tents. No registration is necessary. We kindly request a $5 donation per person, whether adults or children, to enter our “campsite”. We are a 501c3 non-profit that is run solely by volunteers, including our Board. Your donations go 100% towards our mission and are very much needed and appreciated! Outside of our “campsite”, we will also have baked goods, coffee and refreshments available for a small donation, as well as some items to buy. All kittens are available for adoption and will have been fully vetted (age 3 months and up). If you think you might be interested in ADOPTING, you can APPLY NOW on our website to get APPROVED to adopt. Your application is good for 1 year. Otherwise, just come to get your kitten snuggles! The rules of FURR’s Horse Plop Bingo are as follows. A field is divided equally into 220 squares. Tickets will then be sold for $20. Each ticket sold will choose a land square to claim, choosing a number between 1 and 220. The morning of November 15th, some sweet rescue horses will eat, then head out to the field to do their business in the marked out field. And then we wait until the horse drops its plop in a land square. If they drop it in your chosen square, you win $500! If the horse drops its plop in more than 1 square, wherever most of the plop has landed will be declared the winner. After the event, we will share a video on our Facebook page.
